Rentals can get confusing. We know Check here for commonly asked questions and hopefully we can un-confuse you?
Once you place an order on our website we will review the order to see that everything is correct and may reach out to you with any questions. Then we will check for pricing accuracy and make sure there are no issues or special requests.
Once all that is checked we will send the final invoice to the email you gave us. This invoice will include a payment link for you to submit payment. We do require the full balance due by time of pickup or delivery. You can choose to pay with card or with PayPal for more payment options please ask.
Yes we do offer delivery! When you confirm the reservation, you can choose delivery during checking out and it will ask you for delivery address as well as billing address. Make sure the address you enter is correct as it will automatically calculate out the delivery fee based upon the delivery address you specify.
Delivery charge is calculated per mile from from our office with a $25 minimum delivery charge. The minimum order size for delivery is $150.
Bounce house orders do require delivery as we are required to setup and inspect them for each event.
Weekends are our busy times, so be patient we will do our best to meet your requested times. And be sure to keep your phone handy for updates on our ETA.
Typically we rent most items by the day. Sometimes the item you booked may not be booked a second time that weekend, in which case we may be able to accommodate early pickup or late return at no additional charge.
We will let you know when we are setting up delivery or pickup times if this is possible.
In order to guarantee the rental will be available for your use make sure to select the correct dates and times that you are needing the equipment.
**Bounce Houses** We only offer commercial bounce houses which require professional delivery and setup. A standard single day rental must be scheduled for return by the end of the day, overnight or late pickup fees apply if not ready for return by 8pm on the day of rental.
Yes! Feel free to keep any unused cups or straws that come with your package. These are included in the price of your package so this will not increase your price in any way.
Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability.
If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible at 567-674-7220. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup.
We do offer slushie mix and Margarita Man mix for purchase, however you can elect to use your own mix. Most types of juices work, with our personal recommendation being Hawaiian Punch.
It is important to note that the sugar content is vey crucial to proper slushing, and the brix should be around 13%. Our mixes are specially formulated for these machines so if you are not using our mixes we can not guarantee how well it will slush.
In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. So we can make sure everything is taken care of.
Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and notify you of any additional actions needed.
We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.
We do not charge a separate upfront damage deposit. Instead, we require a percentage of the total price to reserve and require a valid credit card to be kept securely on file. Our team inspects all equipment within 72 hours of your event. If items are returned exceptionally dirty, broken, or missing, we will send you an itemized receipt with photo documentation and automatically bill the card on file for the cleaning or full replacement costs.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Equipment Substitution Policy
Absolutely! It might be a tight fit for some of our larger options, but you can make it work with a bit of creativity. Let us know when booking if you plan on using them indoors as we may have to send weights instead of stakes. We also recommend checking the dimensions and making sure there is plenty of room in the venue you are using. We also work with some local indoor venues to allow for Year-Round Fun
6. Proper Securement, Wind Velocities, and Severe Weather Mandates
a. Client Securement Responsibility: The Client assumes sole responsibility for ensuring that all Rented Equipment is securely anchored, ballasted, operated, and safely stored when not actively in use, in strict accordance with the Owner’s instructions or safety placards.
b. Wind Speed Limits: The Client explicitly agrees that NO inflatable products, interactive games, or tents shall be inflated, erected, or used under any circumstances when sustained winds or wind gusts exceed fifteen (15) miles per hour (mph).
In case of Rain: tents can be used with rain but the bounce houses should not be used in anything more than a drizzle because they become slippery and could be dangerous.
All electrical equipment should be kept safe from rain and moisture.
All Equipment should be dried thoroughly before returning to us.
Weather cancellations must be made prior to delivery and will result in credit towards next event.

Any or damages or accidents because of not following these guidelines is the liability of the Renter, and they may not hold Gottfried Entertainment or their associates or contractors liable in any way.
Our equipment is checked after each use for any damages or safety issues. We will send all equipment needed for standard safe use of our products. We expect you to check the equipment when receiving it to make sure there are no issues. If you find any damage or safety issues immediately notify us, so we can make sure to get things fixed.
The Owner maintains commercial general liability insurance covering its own operations and Hosted Services. The Owner does not provide medical or property insurance coverage for the Client's guests, patrons, or users of Rented Equipment. Upon request, the Owner will provide a standard Certificate of Insurance (COI) to the Client. If the Client’s venue or event parameters require the Client to maintain independent event liability insurance, the Client must secure such coverage at their own expense.
By using our equipment you agree to hold harmless Gottfried Entertainment and their associates or contractors. And you agree to pay for any damages or equipment loss due to improper use or negligence.
